About the Ariel Atom 4
The Ariel Atom 4 represents the most significant redesign in the model's history, with only three parts carried over from its predecessor. At its core is the K20C1 turbocharged engine from the Honda Civic Type R, integrated with a bespoke Ariel ECU that offers three-stage boost control. The new chassis features larger diameter tubes for a 15% increase in torsional stiffness, while revised suspension geometry includes anti-dive and anti-squat characteristics. It remains one of the purest driving experiences available, combining extreme power-to-weight with surprising civility for road use.
