About the Volkswagen Golf Mk8
Unveiled in 2019, the Mk8 Golf continued Volkswagen’s long-running family hatchback line. The Life 1.0 TSI combined a small turbocharged three-cylinder with a manual gearbox and front-wheel drive. Its cabin adopted digital instruments and far more touch controls than the Mk7. A substantial facelift, often called Mk8.5, arrived in 2024.
