About the Volkswagen Arteon
Launched as the successor to the CC, the Arteon was positioned as Volkswagen's flagship executive model above the Passat. The R-Line trim with the 280 PS 2.0 TSI engine and 4Motion all-wheel drive served as the range-topping performance variant until the arrival of the dedicated 'R' model. It is built on the modular MQB platform, offering a longer wheelbase than the Passat for increased rear legroom and a distinctive clamshell bonnet. The driving experience is focused on refined high-speed cruising rather than outright sports car agility, aided by standard Dynamic Chassis Control.
