About the Toro Rosso STR4
Revealed in Barcelona in March 2009, the STR4 was a Red Bull RB5 fitted with a 2008-specification Ferrari 056 V8. It was the last Toro Rosso built by its senior sister team before the switch to in-house designs for 2010. Sébastien Buemi finished seventh on his debut in Australia, where Sébastien Bourdais also scored in eighth, and Buemi later added points in China, Brazil and Abu Dhabi. Bourdais was replaced from the Hungarian Grand Prix by Jaime Alguersuari, who finished only three of his eight races.
