About the Suzuki SX4

The Suzuki SX4, designed by Italdesign Giugiaro, was a pioneer of the subcompact crossover segment, blending hatchback dimensions with SUV-inspired styling. The 2010 facelift introduced a revised 1.6-litre VVT engine with a 10% power increase and improved efficiency, meeting Euro 5 standards. While the GLX trim was a staple of the early production run, it was largely superseded by the SZ grading system in the UK during 2010, though the name remained common in used markets. It is noted for its high seating position, robust build quality, and a chassis shared with the Fiat Sedici, offering a more engaging drive than many contemporary small SUVs.
