About the Nissan Skyline GT-R Autech Version 40th Anniversary R33
Commissioned to celebrate the Skyline's 40th anniversary, this rare Autech-built sedan is the only modern GT-R to officially feature four doors. It utilizes the BCNR33 chassis and the legendary RB26DETT engine, paired with the ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system and Super HICAS steering. Autech meticulously re-engineered the rear doors and quarter panels to incorporate the GT-R's signature blistered wheel arches, maintaining a cohesive wide-body look. Despite the extra doors and a 30kg weight penalty over the coupe, it delivers near-identical performance with a more understated, wingless aesthetic.
