About the Nissan GT-R50 by Italdesign R35
The Nissan GT-R50 by Italdesign is a bespoke, ultra-limited collaboration celebrating the 50th anniversaries of both the GT-R and the Italian design house. Based on the R35 GT-R NISMO, it features a completely redesigned body with a lowered roofline, 'floating' LED taillights, and a massive adjustable rear wing. The VR38DETT engine is heavily modified with GT3-spec turbochargers and reinforced internals to produce 720 PS. While 50 units were originally planned, production ended prematurely with only 18 or 19 cars completed, making it one of the rarest modern Nissans. It offers a unique blend of Japanese engineering and Italian craftsmanship, delivering a more exclusive and dramatic experience than the standard NISMO.
