About the Nissan Navara D40
The 2010 facelift of the D40-generation Nissan Navara introduced significant updates to its 2.5-litre dCi engine, boosting output to 190 PS and improving efficiency. Built on the rugged F-Alpha ladder-frame chassis shared with the Pathfinder, it combined genuine off-road capability with a more car-like interior than its predecessors. This 'lifestyle' pick-up was popular for its high towing capacity and generous equipment levels, though the generation later became known for potential chassis corrosion issues. Despite this, it remains a staple of the used truck market for its blend of utility and daily-driver comfort.
