About the MG Cyberster
Unveiled to celebrate MG's centenary, the Cyberster marks the brand's return to its sports car roots for the first time since the MG TF. Designed at SAIC's London studio, it blends classic roadster proportions—a long bonnet and Kammback rear—with modern EV tech and striking electrically operated scissor doors. The flagship GT trim utilizes a dual-motor setup to deliver 503 bhp, making it the fastest-accelerating production MG in history. While significantly heavier than its petrol ancestors, its low centre of gravity and 50:50 weight distribution aim to maintain the agile spirit of the original MGB.
