About the Lexus LC
The Lexus LC 500 arrived in 2017 as a stunningly faithful production version of the 2012 LF-LC concept. It is defined by its 5.0-litre 2UR-GSE V8, a high-revving engine shared with the RC F that provides a linear power delivery and a metallic howl rare in the turbo era. Built at the Motomachi plant by Takumi master craftsmen, the LC prioritises grand touring refinement and avant-garde design over raw track times. With production ending in 2026, it has transitioned from a depreciating luxury coupe to a sought-after modern classic, particularly for its build quality and atmospheric engine.
