About the Alpina B3 G20
The G20-generation Alpina B3 debuted in 2020, notably adopting the S58 engine from the BMW M division before the G80 M3 even reached the market. Unlike the high-revving M3, Alpina tuned the 3.0-litre unit for massive low-end torque, delivering 700Nm from just 2,500 rpm for effortless cross-country pace. It features a bespoke Alpina-tuned xDrive system, Eibach springs, and a comfort-biased suspension setup that makes it a more usable daily driver than its M-badged sibling. The G20 B3 is widely regarded as one of the most complete performance saloons ever built, offering a discreet alternative to the aggressive styling of modern M cars.
