About the Jaguar XFR-S X250
The XFR-S was the second model in Jaguar's ultra-high-performance R-S range, designed by the ETO division to challenge the German establishment. It features a significant power hike over the standard XFR, paired with a bespoke aerodynamic package that reduces lift by 68%. The chassis was stiffened by 30% and equipped with wider Varuna forged wheels to handle the 550 PS output. While it retains the XF's luxury, the XFR-S is defined by its aggressive character, vocal exhaust note, and the signature French Racing Blue paint option.

Jaguar XFR-S X250 fun facts
- The XFR-S was the first Jaguar saloon to join the '300 km/h club', featuring an electronically limited top speed of 186 mph.
- Its massive rear wing and carbon fibre diffuser were specifically designed to counteract the lift generated at high speeds, a common trait in the standard XF body.
- Though Jaguar initially planned a run of 200 units per year, total global production is widely believed to be significantly lower, making it one of the rarest modern Jaguars.
