About the Infiniti G35 V35
Launched in 2002 as a 2003 model, the V35-generation G35 marked a radical departure for Infiniti, moving from a front-wheel-drive platform to the rear-wheel-drive FM (Front Midship) architecture shared with the Nissan 350Z. It was a critical success, winning MotorTrend's 2003 Car of the Year for its balanced handling and the punchy VQ35DE engine. As a rebadged Nissan Skyline (V35), it brought genuine enthusiast credibility to the brand, offering a roomier and more affordable alternative to the contemporary E46 BMW 3 Series. While the interior materials were sometimes criticised, its mechanical robustness and tuning potential have made it a long-term favourite for collectors and enthusiasts.
