About the Infiniti Q60
The Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400 serves as the performance flagship of the second-generation Q60 range, succeeding the G-series coupes. It is defined by its VR-series engine, which utilizes optical speed sensors to allow the turbochargers to spin up to 220,000 rpm. While praised for its striking 'Powerful Elegance' design language and straight-line pace, it was often criticised for its 'Direct Adaptive Steering' steer-by-wire system, which lacked traditional mechanical feedback. Production ended in 2022 as Infiniti pivoted its focus toward crossovers and electrification.
