About the Ford Transit Courier Mk2
The second-generation Ford Transit Courier, launched in 2023, represents a significant departure from its Fiesta-based predecessor, moving to a dedicated platform shared with the Puma. This Mk2 model features a more boxy, upright design that increases load volume to 2.9 cubic metres, allowing it to carry two Euro pallets for the first time. The 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine provides a punchy 125 PS, making it well-suited for urban deliveries while maintaining the car-like handling characteristics Ford vans are known for. It is produced at the Ford Otosan plant in Craiova, Romania, alongside its passenger sibling, the Tourneo Courier.
