About the Ford Explorer EV
The Ford Explorer EV is a compact electric crossover developed specifically for the European market, sharing its MEB platform architecture with the Volkswagen ID.4. Despite its German foundations, Ford has heavily re-engineered the suspension and steering to provide a more engaging, 'Ford-like' driving experience. The Extended Range RWD variant is the efficiency leader of the line-up, offering a WLTP range of up to 374 miles from its 77kWh usable battery. It features a distinctive 'shield' front fascia and a high-tech interior centered around a 14.6-inch movable 'Sync Move' touchscreen.
