About the Force India VJM11

Force India's VJM11 was designed under technical director Andrew Green and powered by the Mercedes M09 EQ Power+, with Sergio Pérez and Esteban Ocon continuing as drivers. After the original team went bankrupt mid-season, a new outfit, Racing Point Force India, bought its assets including the VJM11 and kept racing it under the Force India name. The 59 points scored before the takeover were voided, a period in which Pérez took the car's only podium with third place. Racing Point Force India qualified third and fourth in its first event after the summer break and scored 52 points to finish seventh in the Constructors' Championship.
