About the Force India VJM10

Force India's VJM10 was designed under technical director Andrew Green and powered by the Mercedes-AMG F1 M08 EQ Power+, with Esteban Ocon joining Sergio Pérez after Nico Hülkenberg's departure. It began testing overweight, yet both cars scored in each of the first five races, the only team to do so in 2017, including a 22-point haul for fourth and fifth in Spain. Pérez and Ocon collided while fighting for a possible win in Azerbaijan, ending Pérez's run of 37 races without a retirement. The team again finished fourth in the Constructors' Championship, with 187 points, the highest tally in its history.
