About the Fiat 900T
The Fiat 900E was the final evolution of the 900-series small van, succeeding the 900T in 1980 with updated square headlights and improved interior components from the Fiat 127. It utilised the rear-mounted 903cc engine derived from the Fiat 850, providing modest power but excellent space efficiency for its compact footprint. While primarily used as a commercial workhorse in Italy, it gained a cult following as a 'Pulmino' (minibus) and camper conversion. Its mechanical simplicity and shared parts with the Fiat 127 make it a relatively accessible classic for enthusiasts of Italian utility vehicles.
