About the Ferrari 360
The Ferrari 360 Modena replaced the F355, introducing a revolutionary all-aluminium space-frame chassis developed with Alcoa that was 40% stiffer and 28% lighter than its predecessor. Its 3.6-litre Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crank and titanium connecting rods, delivering a high-pitched, operatic soundtrack. The Pininfarina styling moved away from the sharp angles of the 80s and 90s toward a more aerodynamic, curvaceous form with a glass engine cover. It remains a benchmark for modern Ferrari usability, offering a spacious cabin and significantly improved reliability over earlier mid-engined models.
