About the DS Automobiles DS 6
The DS 6 was the first SUV from the DS Automobiles brand, launched shortly after DS was separated from Citroën as a standalone marque. It was designed in Paris but manufactured and sold exclusively in China through the Changan PSA joint venture. Based on the DS 5LS platform, it features 'Wild Rubis' concept-inspired styling and a premium interior aimed at competing with established European luxury crossovers. The 1.6 THP engine provides adequate power for urban environments, though the lack of an all-wheel-drive option limited its off-road credentials.
