About the BMW M550i G30
The G30-generation M550i xDrive arrived as the first M Performance 5 Series to feature a V8 engine, bridging the gap between the standard 540i and the full-fat M5. At launch, its 3.9-second 0-60 mph time actually made it quicker off the line than the previous-generation F10 M5, thanks to its rear-biased xDrive all-wheel-drive system. It is distinguished by Cerium Grey exterior accents and trapezoidal exhaust tips, offering a more compliant ride than the M5 while retaining serious cross-country speed. As a non-limited production model, it serves as a highly capable executive express that prioritises refinement alongside its N63 twin-turbocharged power.
