About the Audi R8 V10 RWS 4S
The R8 V10 RWS (Rear Wheel Series) was the first rear-wheel-drive production car in Audi's history, created specifically for driving purists. By removing the Quattro all-wheel-drive hardware, Audi shed 50kg and transformed the R8's character into a more agile, oversteer-prone machine. It retains the glorious 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10, shared with the Lamborghini Huracán, delivering a linear power band and a high-pitched mechanical scream. Limited to just 999 units globally across both Coupé and Spyder body styles, it is distinguished by its matte black grille and a unique '1 of 999' dashboard plaque.
