About the Volvo EX30
The Volvo EX30 is a landmark vehicle for the Swedish brand, serving as its first dedicated ground-up electric car and its smallest SUV to date. Built on Geely's Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA), it features a radical minimalist interior that moves almost all controls to a central 12.3-inch touchscreen and replaces traditional door speakers with a dashboard-mounted soundbar. Despite its compact dimensions, it offers significant performance, with even the base rear-wheel-drive model providing brisk acceleration. It represents Volvo's push towards younger buyers and a lower carbon footprint, utilising a high percentage of recycled and renewable materials throughout its construction.
