About the Cupra Born
The Cupra Born is the brand's first all-electric vehicle, sharing its MEB architecture with the Volkswagen ID.3 but featuring a more aggressive, performance-oriented design. Launched in 2021, it distinguishes itself with a lower ride height, sharper steering, and a distinctive 'shark nose' front end. The interior emphasises sustainability, featuring bucket seats upholstered in Seaqual Yarn made from recycled marine plastic. While it shares its 58kWh battery and 204PS motor with its VW sibling, the Born is tuned for a more engaging driving experience, positioning it as a sportier alternative in the electric family hatchback segment.
