About the Subaru Solterra
The Solterra represents Subaru's first foray into the battery-electric market, developed as a joint venture with Toyota alongside the bZ4X. It distinguishes itself from its platform sibling by making Subaru's signature Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive standard across all trims, paired with a respectable 210mm of ground clearance. The Limited trim adds premium features such as 20-inch alloy wheels, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, and a Harman Kardon sound system. While its range and charging speeds are modest compared to class leaders, its off-road capability via the dual-function X-Mode system remains true to the brand's rugged heritage.
