Sauber C36

Sauber's 25th-anniversary car ran a year-old Ferrari engine, and Pascal Wehrlein scored every one of its five points.

About the Sauber C36

Sauber's 2017 car was shaped by the team's financial struggles and its takeover by Longbow Finance, owned by Swedish billionaire Finn Rausing. Unable to afford the changes needed for Ferrari's redesigned 062, the team ran the previous season's 061 power unit, making the C36 one of the few turbo hybrid cars to race with a year-old engine. Pascal Wehrlein missed the first two races after a crash at the Race of Champions, with Antonio Giovinazzi standing in, but on his return he scored all five of the car's points with eighth in Spain and tenth in Azerbaijan. Sauber finished tenth in the Constructors' Championship for the second season running, and a planned Honda engine deal was cancelled under the new owners.

Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works
