About the Renault Arkana
The Renault Arkana represents the brand's first foray into the mainstream coupé SUV market, utilizing the CMF-B platform shared with the Clio and Captur. The E-Tech Hybrid 145 powertrain is the highlight of the range, featuring a complex clutchless multi-mode dog-clutch gearbox derived from Renault's Formula 1 expertise. This system allows the car to start in pure electric mode and operate in EV mode for up to 80% of city driving. While the S Edition trim offers a high level of technology including a 9.3-inch portrait touchscreen, the driving experience prioritises efficiency and comfort over the sporty dynamics suggested by its rakish roofline.

Renault Arkana fun facts
- The Arkana is sold as the Renault Mégane Conquest in former Yugoslavian countries to avoid associations with the late Serbian paramilitary leader Arkan.
