About the Plymouth AAR 'Cuda
The AAR 'Cuda was a limited-production homologation special created to qualify Plymouth for the SCCA Trans-Am series. Named after Dan Gurney’s All American Racers team, it featured a unique 340 cubic-inch 'Six Pack' V8 topped with three two-barrel Holley carburetors. Unlike typical muscle cars of the era, it was engineered with a focus on handling, featuring a distinctive staggered tyre setup and a lightweight Organosol black fiberglass hood. Its aggressive aesthetic is defined by side-exit exhausts, front chin spoilers, and iconic 'strobe' side stripes.
