About the Nissan Sylphy G10
Launched in 2000, the Nissan Bluebird Sylphy G10 was designed to replace the Pulsar while maintaining the prestige of the Bluebird nameplate. It was built on the MS platform shared with the Sunny and Almera, but featured a more conservative, upscale aesthetic aimed at mature buyers. The 1.8-litre QG18DE engine was a highlight, becoming the first in Japan to be certified as a Super Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle (SULEV). Inside, the 'Modern Living' concept introduced high-quality materials like Birdseye Maple wood trim and 'café latte' upholstery, offering a level of refinement unusual for its class.
