About the Koenigsegg Agera
Introduced at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, the Agera succeeded the CCX, bringing a more refined yet aggressive design language to the Swedish marque. It debuted Koenigsegg's in-house developed 5.0-litre V8, moving away from the Ford-based blocks of earlier models, and introduced the innovative 'Ghost' lighting system. The Agera is defined by its extreme lightness, featuring a carbon fibre and aluminium honeycomb chassis that provides immense torsional rigidity. Driving it is a visceral experience, characterized by the unique Dihedral Synchro-Helix doors and a raw, rear-wheel-drive power delivery that demands respect.
