About the Kia EV5
The Kia EV5 is a dedicated battery-electric compact SUV built on the N3 Connected platform, rather than the E-GMP architecture used by the EV6. It adopts the 'Opposites United' design language first seen on the larger EV9, featuring a boxy silhouette and 'Star Map' LED lighting. The Air trim serves as the entry-level variant, equipped with a 64.2kWh LFP battery in standard range form. Inside, the cabin emphasises versatility with a fold-flat rear bench and a front 'bench-style' seat design that creates a lounge-like atmosphere.
