About the Jaguar I-Pace

Launched in 2018 as Jaguar's first all-electric production vehicle, the I-Pace was a clean-sheet design that won an unprecedented treble at the 2019 World Car Awards. Its cab-forward silhouette, penned by Ian Callum, takes advantage of the EV architecture to provide interior space comparable to a larger SUV within a compact footprint. The EV400 powertrain delivers instantaneous torque and a low centre of gravity, resulting in handling that is uncharacteristically agile for a heavy crossover. While it set the benchmark for premium EVs at launch, it was eventually hampered by slower charging speeds compared to newer rivals.
