About the Ferrari 458 Speciale A
Unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, the 458 Speciale A (Aperta) is the open-top version of the track-focused Speciale. It features the F136 FL engine, the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 ever produced by Ferrari for a road-going convertible at the time, delivering a record-breaking specific output of 135 cv per litre. The car utilizes active aerodynamics, including movable flaps in the front and rear to balance downforce and drag. With only 499 units produced, it is highly coveted by collectors as the final mid-engined, naturally aspirated V8 Ferrari spider.
