About the DS Automobiles DS 4
The DS 4 was the second model in the DS line-up, originally launched under Citroën before becoming part of the standalone DS Automobiles brand in 2015. It is distinguished by its 'crossover-coupe' styling, featuring a raised ride height and hidden rear door handles to mimic a three-door silhouette. The 1.6-litre BlueHDi engine was a core part of the range, offering Euro 6 compliance and strong fuel efficiency. While praised for its avant-garde interior and unique looks, it was often criticised for its fixed rear windows and firm ride compared to more conventional rivals like the Audi A3.
