About the Citroën C3 Picasso
Launched in 2008, the C3 Picasso was Citroën's entry into the mini-MPV segment, designed to compete with the Nissan Note and Vauxhall Meriva. It is distinguished by its 'Spacebox' design, featuring a unique three-part wraparound windscreen that provides exceptional forward visibility and a light-filled cabin. The 1.6 HDi diesel engine was the popular choice for its balance of fuel economy and sufficient torque for family duties. While it prioritises ride comfort over handling, its clever interior with sliding rear seats and a flat-folding front passenger seat made it one of the most practical small cars of its era.
