About the Alpine A110 R II
The A110 R is the most extreme iteration of Alpine's mid-engined sports car, prioritising track performance through significant weight reduction and aerodynamic refinement. It features a carbon fibre bonnet, roof, and unique carbon wheels that contribute to a 34kg saving over the A110 S. The chassis is lowered by 10mm with 20-click adjustable dampers and stiffer anti-roll bars, while a swan-neck rear wing and aggressive diffuser increase downforce. Despite the focus on agility, it retains the 300hp turbocharged engine, resulting in a power-to-weight ratio that challenges established supercars on technical circuits.
