About the Ultima GTR
The Ultima GTR 720 represents the peak of the GTR's development before the arrival of the Evolution. Built by Ultima Sports Ltd in Leicestershire, it was designed to be the quickest road-legal car in the world, famously setting a 0-100-0 mph record of 9.4 seconds that beat the Bugatti Veyron. It features a tubular steel space frame and a lightweight GRP body, powered by a Chevrolet-sourced LS7 V8 tuned by American Speed. Driving it is a raw, visceral experience devoid of electronic aids like ABS or traction control, demanding total focus from the driver.
