About the Renault R23

The R23 was Renault's 2003 Formula One car, driven by Jarno Trulli and Fernando Alonso and designed by a team including Mike Gascoyne, Bob Bell and Tim Densham under Pat Symonds. Its RS23 engine used an unusually wide 111-degree V10 layout to lower the centre of gravity, although it proved too unreliable and heavy and Renault returned to a 72-degree vee for 2004. Alonso took pole position in Malaysia and then won the Hungarian Grand Prix, the team's first win as a full constructor since Alain Prost in 1983. An aerodynamically revised R23B arrived at the British Grand Prix, and Renault finished fourth in the Constructors' Championship with 88 points.

The Renault R23 is a Unicorn card in CarSpot, with a rarity score of 42 out of 100. The rarest tier: hypercars, one-offs and cars built in tiny numbers, typically fewer than about 500. A Unicorn card is worth 320 XP.

Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works

Rarity is a collectible game mechanic, not an assessment of real-world scarcity or value.
