About the Red Bull Racing RB9
Adrian Newey's RB9 was Red Bull's 2013 car, driven by three-time champion Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber, who announced his retirement during the season. Development had been paused in the second half of 2012 while the team fought for the titles with the RB8. Vettel won in Malaysia after ignoring a team order to stay behind Webber, and the car took 13 wins in all, including every race from Belgium to the Brazilian finale. Vettel clinched his fourth consecutive title at the Indian Grand Prix and Red Bull took the Constructors' crown, the last for a V8 and for a naturally aspirated engine.
