Red Bull Racing RB21
Designed without Adrian Newey for the first time since the RB2, this Red Bull took Max Verstappen to within two points of a fifth title.
About the Red Bull Racing RB21
The RB21 was the first car designed under technical director Pierre Waché after Adrian Newey's departure, and the last Red Bull Racing car with Honda RBPT-badged power before the switch to Red Bull Ford engines for 2026. It was initially off the pace of the McLaren MCL39, and Liam Lawson lost his seat after two races to Yuki Tsunoda, who also struggled. Max Verstappen still won eight Grands Prix, including Japan and Imola early on and the United States, Las Vegas, Qatar and Abu Dhabi late in the season. His late run took the title fight to the final race, where he lost to Lando Norris by two points, and Red Bull finished third in the Constructors' Championship with 451 points.
