About the Nissan GT-R Nismo R35
The 2020 update of the GT-R Nismo represents the most significant revision to the R35 flagship since its 2014 debut. It introduced turbochargers directly from the GT3 race car, featuring a modified turbine shape and fewer blades to improve response by 20% without increasing peak power. Weight was reduced by 30kg through extensive use of carbon fibre for the roof, hood, and fenders, while new Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes provided immense stopping power. As the R35 generation nears its end, these late-model Nismos have become highly sought-after by collectors for their raw performance and mechanical refinement.
