About the Mercedes-Benz CLS C257
The C257-generation Mercedes-Benz CLS refined the 'four-door coupé' concept it pioneered, moving to a cleaner 'Sensual Purity' design language with a shark-nose front and slim LED lights. Sharing its MRA platform with the W213 E-Class, this generation introduced a five-seat layout for the first time, addressing a long-standing practicality criticism. The CLS 350 variant features a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid EQ Boost system, providing smoother stop-start transitions and an electric torque fill. Inside, it showcases the 'Widescreen Cockpit' with dual 12.3-inch displays and turbine-style air vents that change colour with the ambient lighting.
