About the Mercedes-AMG F1 W08 EQ Power+

Mercedes designed the F1 W08 EQ Power+ under Paddy Lowe and Aldo Costa for 2017, with Valtteri Bottas joining Lewis Hamilton after Nico Rosberg's retirement. The EQ Power+ name promoted Mercedes' electric road cars, and the car ran a T-wing on its engine cover and, from Barcelona, a narrower nose with an under-nose turning vane. Facing a strong Ferrari, it took 12 wins (nine for Hamilton, three for Bottas), 15 pole positions and four one-two finishes. Mercedes clinched a fourth consecutive Constructors' Championship with three races to spare, and Hamilton sealed his fourth drivers' title at the following round.
