About the Mercedes-AMG F1 W03

The F1 W03 was Mercedes' 2012 car, driven by Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher in the final season of his career. It arrived with a novel double-DRS system, in which opening the rear-wing flap also stalled the front wing, and Red Bull and Lotus questioned its legality until the stewards rejected Lotus's protest in China. That weekend Rosberg took the team's first pole and win since the 1955 Italian Grand Prix. The car scored three podiums in all, but a poor mid-season left Mercedes fifth in the Constructors' Championship with 142 points.
