McLaren MCL35
Designed under James Key, this Renault-powered McLaren put the team third in the 2020 constructors' standings.
About the McLaren MCL35
Technical director James Key carried over very little from the MCL34, giving the MCL35 more emphasis on outwash aerodynamics, a higher rear rake, a slimmer sidepod profile and upper and lower wishbones repositioned to influence airflow over the bargeboards and floor. It ran Renault's E-Tech 20 power unit, which Renault chose not to upgrade during the season, before McLaren switched to Mercedes power for 2021. Carlos Sainz Jr. said he was 'shocked in a good way' by its performance in pre-season testing, and he and Lando Norris scored podiums at the Austrian and Italian Grands Prix. McLaren finished third in the Constructors' Championship, ahead of Racing Point after that team's points deduction.

McLaren MCL35 rarity in CarSpot
The McLaren MCL35 is a Unicorn card in CarSpot, with a rarity score of 0 out of 100. The rarest tier: hypercars, one-offs and cars built in tiny numbers, typically fewer than about 500. A Unicorn card is worth 320 XP.
Each model's tier starts from a 0–100 score based on its value plus its power or production numbers. Once enough players have spotted a model, how often it is spotted can move it up or down one tier. How CarSpot rarity works
Rarity is a collectible game mechanic, not an assessment of real-world scarcity or value.
