About the Lotus Emeya
The Lotus Emeya R is the flagship of the brand's first four-door electric grand tourer range, positioned as a direct rival to the Porsche Taycan Turbo S. Built on the Electric Premium Architecture (EPA), it features a dual-motor setup producing 905 hp and a unique two-speed transmission on the rear axle to optimise high-speed acceleration. Its design prioritises aerodynamics with active elements including a front air dam, rear diffuser, and a dual-layer spoiler that provides over 215 kg of downforce. Inside, the cabin reflects a shift toward sustainable luxury, utilising repurposed fashion industry textiles alongside high-tech KEF audio systems.
