About the Aston Martin DB7
Introduced at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show, the DB7 Vantage replaced the original supercharged straight-six with a 6.0-litre V12, transforming the model into a true supercar contender. Designed by Ian Callum, its elegant lines remained largely unchanged, though the Vantage received a more aggressive front grille and larger wheels to accommodate uprated Brembo brakes. It was the first Aston Martin to use the V12 engine that would define the brand for the next two decades. While the chassis shows its Jaguar XJS roots, the Vantage offers a refined grand touring experience with a soundtrack that remains one of the finest in the automotive world.
