About the Aston Martin DB12
Unveiled in 2023 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the DB bloodline, the DB12 represents a significant shift for Aston Martin, moving away from the V12 engine in favour of a highly tuned Mercedes-AMG V8. Positioned as a 'Super Tourer', it features a completely redesigned interior that finally introduces a modern, in-house infotainment system, addressing a long-standing criticism of its predecessor, the DB11. The chassis is significantly stiffer and benefits from new intelligent adaptive dampers and an electronic rear differential, providing a sharper, more engaging driving experience. It remains a pinnacle of British grand touring, blending supercar performance with long-distance refinement.
