Williams FW47
The car that gave Williams its best season since 2017, with two podiums for new signing Carlos Sainz Jr.
About the Williams FW47
The FW47 was raced in 2025 by Alexander Albon and Carlos Sainz Jr., who arrived after his final Ferrari season, and was launched at Silverstone on 14 February in a one-off camouflage livery. Albon finished fifth in the opening race in Australia, the team's best result since the 2021 Belgian Grand Prix, and briefly led the Chinese Grand Prix, the first time a Williams had led a race since 2015. Sainz qualified second and finished third in Azerbaijan for Williams' first podium since 2021, then took another third place in Qatar. With 137 points the team finished fifth in the Constructors' Championship, scoring more than in 2018 to 2024 combined.
